Bob Carroll leads a team of experienced tax lawyers, accountants, and bookkeepers.  He is both an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the State of Connecticut, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and the State of Connecticut.

Prior to opening his own law practice in 2009, Bob’s NYC experience included international tax and investment planning at a Big Four accounting firm and wealth management for ultra-high net worth clients at an international bank.

Bob attended St. John’s University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2005. At St. John’s, Bob was an integral member of the school’s National Trial Competition Team, which was ranked number one in the United States at the time of Bob’s graduation. In addition, Bob was a senior staff member of the New York International Law Review.

Bob also attended St. Michael’s College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He graduated magna cum laude in 2002. At St. Michael’s, Bob was a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma, the National Catholic Honor Society, and was a recipient of the Edmundite Honors Scholarship.

Bob’s education and cross-disciplinary training allow him to provide comprehensive solutions to all of his clients’ legal, tax, and financial issues.
